About Mom Strong
Join us every Wednesday at 9AM for Mom Strong—a welcoming, kid-friendly fitness class created just for moms! Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to rebuild strength, this class offers a supportive space to connect, heal, and grow.
We’ll focus on restoring core and foundational strength through a blend of stretching, low-impact movement, and strength-building exercises tailored to all fitness levels. While you move, your little ones will stay close in a dedicated play area stocked with toys and activities to keep them engaged and happy.
